Suzanne has a comprehensive background in marketing strategy, planning and communications with strong experience in digital and loyalty marketing. Areas of expertise include enhancing brand identity and increasing market share and profitability for non-profits, corporations and universities. She has partnered with organizations such as American Cancer Society, Sears Holdings Corporation, The Home Depot, Delta Air Lines and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Currently, Suzanne is serving as the VP of Content and Channel Marketing for the Atlanta chapter of the American Marketing Association and is focused on driving the content strategy, campaign planning, and channel marketing.
Suzanne has strong experience in integrated and omnichannel marketing. Her subject matter expertise includes strategic planning, digital and offline channel engagement, CRM, communications, project and program management, loyalty programs, marketing research, and post-program ROI analysis.
