Danielle is a true marketing communications leader who has led multiple creative and account teams in the rebranding of leading companies including Alcon, CibaVision, West Pharmaceuticals, ASHRAE, and more. Before consulting with agencies and clients, she ran the design and branding division of a global PR Firm. In this role, Danielle also worked on employee engagement initiatives for AstraZeneca, Cox Communications, SunTrust Bank, and others.
Danielle’s specific experience includes conducting brand research, scoping and guiding the brand process, developing and implementing marketing plans, media planning, account direction, budgeting, creative resource management, event planning, and sales. Her range of experience has allowed her to apply a holistic approach to strategic planning, targeting the best traditional and digital channels to influence customer and employee behavior.
Last January she co-founded and launched the first What Employees Want conference for internal communicators with Audacity Communications. Danielle also helped with the 2019/2020 full rebrand of CP Kelco, a global leader in nature-based food additives. One claim to fame was directing all creative and branding for UL (Underwriters Laboratories) in the largest advertising campaign in her firm’s history. This multifaceted campaign spanned all media channels and culminated in a personal introduction to the Muppets in Hollywood, California.
Danielle is often complimented by colleagues and clients for her ‘get it done’ bulldog mentality. This quality makes her an efficient project manager and her love of data and numbers helps with media/digital planning, budgeting, and ROI analysis. She would be the perfect fit to lead a marketing communications team, supplement an existing team, or serve as a liaison between a corporate marketing department and its agencies. Danielle seeks part-time freelance work or a permanent full-time position.
