PRSA Georgia: May 2016 Nonprofit SIG Meeting – Build Your Custom Nonprofit Communications Plan – Today!

Today is the day you finally create that communications plan you’ve had on your task list! Bring your laptop and join us as we walk you through developing your very own communications plan. You will receive a blank template and a professional will guide you through customizing the plan to suit your needs in real time. You will walk away with an executable plan that you can take back to your department, company, or agency.

Devika Rao will be our workshop leader. She is the Vice President, Account Services of O’Neill Communications, a marketing and communications firm based in Atlanta, GA. In her role, she develops and manages traditional and digital marketing and communications strategies for nonprofit and government agencies. She also writes a weekly column, Doing Good, that focuses on volunteerism for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Notes:

• Bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages are donated by the Midtown Alliance.
• Additional $10 walk-in fee ($25 member/$35 guest). Be prepared to pay with a check or exact cash if you are attending without pre-registration.

• Parking: Registration includes 2 hours of validated Parking at 999 Peachtree parking deck: From Peachtree Street turn onto Peachtree Place towards the 999 building. Validated parking is available for the 999 Peachtree parking deck only(located on the left side of the street). The Commercial Row entrance is on Peachtree Street between Peachtree Place & 10^th Street.

• Also accessible by MARTA one block east of the Midtown Marta Station. From the MARTA Station, exit on the Peachtree Place side, turn left and walk up the sidewalk to Peachtree Street and make left to find the entrance for the Commercial Row meeting space.
