Kim will share what she looks for in new hires and an overview of her personal career trajectory – from owning her own firm to managing communications teams at multinational companies – as a guide for young professionals looking to grow and thrive in their careers.
She’ll also share how Novelis, the global leader in aluminum rolled products and the world’s largest recycler of aluminum, rebranded its own image two years ago to adapt to a business environment thirsty for socially responsible and innovative companies. (Spoiler alert: Novelis provides aluminum for some of the biggest brands, including Audi, BMW, Coca-Cola, LG, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Samsung, and even hometown brewer – Red Hare Brewing Company.)
