According to Glassdoor, 69 percent of Americans would not take a job with a company that had a bad reputation, even if they were unemployed. In other words, candidates are making job decisions based on their impressions of a company’s brand. Whether you are in internal communications, marketing or HR, protecting your company’s reputation is critical to recruiting diverse talent to power your organization’s success.
Join employment branding experts from Cox Enterprises for a panel discussion exploring the intersection of communications, marketing, and diversity. The panelists will provide insight into employer branding strategies, recruitment tactics, cross-departmental collaboration, trends, and industry impact. Lunch will be provided.
There will also be an opportunity for networking before and after the discussion. Be sure to bring your business cards! If you have specific questions you’d like the panel to address, email them to jill.s.wu@emory.edu and ayana.isles@choa.org.
