PRSA Georgia | AAPI Heritage Month

As we celebrate Asian-American/Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, we also recognize it’s a tumultuous time in the US for our AAPI colleagues. March marked the two-year anniversary of the Atlanta spa shootings, and attacks at Lunar New Year celebrations earlier this year were cold reminders of racism against the AAPI community.

Join us May 25 for a panel featuring leading AAPI journalists as they discuss what it’s like to be AAPI in the news and media, how they’ve approached coverage of anti-AAPI attacks, and the importance of having allies and being seen by their colleagues. The panel will be moderated by Wendy Hsiao, Account Director at Weber Shandwick.
