COVID-19 Safety Policies*:
We are thrilled to gather again in person, and our Chapter is committed to delivering as safe of an event as possible. Therefore, we have put together the following COVID-19 protocols.
Vaccination Requirement:
- All event attendees must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination will be required at the door of the event. We recommend uploading your proof of vaccination using a health tracker application such as the CLEAR app’s Vaccination Validation or the Common Pass app to show at the door, or bringing your physical vaccination card to the event.
- Vaccination exemptions will be given for religious or medical reasons. If you have an exemption of this type, we will accept a negative PCR or rapid test within 48 hours of the event. If you have a religious or medical exemption, we ask that you please let PRSA Georgia Chapter Administrator Victoria Stanton know via email in advance of the event. Please do not include any specific or personal health information when submitting your exemption. All testing exemptions must also be shown at the door of the event.
Masking Protocols:
- Masks are required in all areas of the event except while eating dinner. During the cocktail hour, masks may be lowered to drink, but we ask that they be replaced when not drinking. Once dinner is complete, we also ask that you replace your mask for the rest of the program.
- Cobb Energy Centre staff will also be masked throughout the entirety of the event. Click here to read more about the venue’s safety protocols.
We ask that you please do not attend the event if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
Please do not submit your registration without fully reviewing the COVID-19 safety policies. Registrations will not be refunded for failure to comply with COVID-19 protocols. Again, our focus is on the health of our event attendees and venue staff. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to keep everyone safe.
