Making sure that we’re not solving a problem that doesn’t actually exist involves gathering evidence confirming its value, its possibility and its desirability…And while we do that, we need to ensure that we include all the aspects and various discovery knowledge that we accumulated, and we’re not really just chasing the ‘last voice’ (or loudest voice) we heard.
