2020 has been a big year. Like many people, it’s had us at MODA wondering how we can do more to build a just and equitable society. Part of our journey has been listening to and learning from others that have been designing change for years, something we’d like to continue doing with our community from the safety of our virtual version of The Design of Dissent.
Join us as we hear from two Changemakers, Jessica Sabogal and Nasheedah Muhammad of Lost-N-Found Youth, as they share their journeys in activism and social justice, discuss how collaboration between artists and community organizations can amplify voices and activist work, and inspire us to deepen our own commitment to a better future.
Now, more than ever, we need Changemakers like Jessica and Nasheedah. Now, more than ever is the time to dissent.
