Grab a beverage, any beverage, and get comfortable because MODA is bringing design to you!
On July 7, we’ll be talking with Atlanta based baker, Sarah Dodge!
Atlanta’s most creative people (and some from beyond the 404) will invite you (virtually) into their home, studio, or maker space. They’ll tell you about their work, their career trajectory, and what they’re thinking about now as our world takes a new form.
Drink in Design is held on Zoom, so you’ll be able to interact and engage with each designer personally. Just register and the meeting link will be delivered straight to your inbox.
Drink: A non-alcoholic Kin Euphoric Spritz with Montane Grapefruit Peach sparkling water and Lime + Mint. For drinkers, Sarah suggests subbing in a rose for the Kin Spritz.
Sarah Dodge is a baker, private chef, and teacher gone a bit rogue but mostly based out of Atlanta, GA. She believes there is magic in good bread and pastry; magic in good ingredients, and in doing things the old school way with less preservatives and less commercial yeast. She believes in the power of food in community and the power of food in shaping healthy bodies, minds, and lives.
Previously, she has worked for and under some of Atlanta’s best bakeries and chefs including Holeman & Finch Bread, Little Tart Bakeshop, and 8Arm Cafe. She is now joining forces with PERC Coffee to open a breakfast/lunch/coffee spot at the corner of Hosea and 2nd in the quaint Kirkwood/Edgewood/Oakhurst neighborhood (Coming Aug 2020!)
She currently maintains a weekly bread subscription service, monthly popups in and around Atlanta and beyond, and is available for hire for private classes and demos as well as private chef dinners and consulting projects.
