IABC Atlanta: Measuring Internal Communications

Metrics in Internal Communications are often considered “hard to quantify”. Yet, if we, as IC practitioners want a seat at the executive table; the ability to build out our teams and obtain increased funding, we need to know what to measure, make sense of it and find the right approach to provide leadership with useful data when making our case. At our July IABC Atlanta meeting, internal communications leader Ted Koval will present a practical approach to “Measuring Internal Communications”.
