TERRY CERISOLES

Consultant at Kingfisher Communications

Terry is an award-winning communications expert with extensive global leadership experience at the C suite level. She recently started Kingfisher Communications after retiring as Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications at the American Cancer Society where she was responsible for global communications. Terry has deep expertise in corporate, internal and external communications with an emphasis on strategic communication planning, execution, and measurement. She has been recognized by IABC International and IABC Atlanta with multiple awards, board, and executive committee positions. She is Past Chair of the Global Communications Certification Council. In addition, she is an expert in aligning management and staff to achieve business targets through joint accountability. She holds degrees from The Vanderbilt University, The University of Memphis and New York University/The New School.

LAURIE MALECKI

CP Kelco

Laurie has more than 20 years of recruiting experience with organizations such as Delta Air Lines, GE, EY, Georgia-Pacific and now CP Kelco. She has focused on a variety of roles in her career such as consultants, auditors, engineers, sales, food scientists, data scientists, communications and marketing professionals at all levels. As an internal corporate recruiter knowing my clients/hiring managers and the company culture is a key benefit to attracting talent that will succeed in an organization. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from New York Institute of Technology.

JENNIFER O’CONNOR ANDREOU, ACC

Jennifer “Jenn” O’Connor Andreou is a former advertising agency executive who spent 25 years serving some of Atlanta’s most well-known and respected brands. During her tenure at various agencies, she mentored many colleagues and eventually realized that her favorite part of the job was not producing radio spots and ads, it was helping people move forward with their own careers and personal goals.

Daring to chase her own dream to help others pursue theirs, Jenn enrolled in and graduated from The World’s Finest Coach Training ProgramTM, Accomplishment Coaching, and is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified Executive, Life and Leadership Coach. She launched her own coaching business, Springboard Coaching, and has a full roster of clients. Jenn remains active in the coaching community, serving on the Board of Directors for ICF Georgia as communications director and an affiliate/program coach with Accomplishment Coaching.

Jenn earned a BS from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Va. She volunteers with the American Cancer Society, providing patients rides to appointments through the organization’s Road to Recovery Program. Originally from Newington, Conn., Jenn is married and lives in Marietta, Ga. She loves to travel and enjoys visiting family who lives on four continents across the globe: Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America.
