Yes, science can explain why companies are having a hard time engaging employees, largely thanks to Newton’s Laws of Motion. In this session, we’ll take a fun but serious look at employee engagement. We’ll look at the data currently being published but use science as a way to understand the challenges. It’s amazing how much business and physics can be exactly the same.
