BEST PRACTICES IN ENGAGING REMOTE EMPLOYEES – CASE STUDIES OF SUCCESS AND LEARNING

Many companies’ employees do not work at a desk – they work in trucks, in plants, on railways, in hospitals, and they are rarely in front of a computer. How do we engage these employees in the company culture and help them understand how their work supports strategic priorities? Join IABC Atlanta for an enlightening session where you can learn some best practices about how communications teams are using innovative ways to engage employees who work remotely.
