This Bootcamp reviews the fundamentals of project management. It’s a good place to start whether you’ve found yourself taking on a pm role in your organization or are looking to transition to a career in the field.
In this workshop, you’ll get an introduction to project management processes and best practices for interacting with the client, stakeholders and your team. Working with real-world examples, you’ll gain the tools and resources that you’ll need to increase focus and improve your team’s productivity.

Registered students will be notified 24 hours in advance of this program with information on how to log in to the Zoom Meeting Room and other tools you’ll need for the session. Registration for this class will close 2 hours prior to the session start in order to allow all students ample opportunity to have the technology-enabled.
Prior to the workshop, participants will receive a project worksheet. They will need to complete Section 1 of the worksheet, Describe Your Upcoming Project, before the start of class. If you also have any specific challenges in mind with regards to current or past projects, please bring them with you!
