The wellbeing of our students, instructors, employees, and community members is a top priority here at General Assembly. In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation, all workshops, boot camps, and events – including this one – will temporarily be held online.
During this special workshop, our speakers will create an experiential virtual session for exploring the areas that are under our control for lowering stress and bringing more wellbeing into your life, especially during these worrying times. Everyone’s path navigating challenges and disruption is different, but research suggests there are ten key areas that affect our wellbeing, and ALL are within our control.
This workshop is a combination of the latest research on positive psychology, real-time experiences, virtual interaction. Monica Kerik and Jenni Harmon will help you establish clear actions that will initiate immediate, positive change.
