Justin leads a talented team charged with growing market share for CoStar’s commercial real estate lease management division, which serves more than 200 companies of the Fortune 1000.

His unique background — living in 10 states and three countries and working three careers — has so far served him well:

After a tour in the U.S. Air Force, he became a journalist. Since then, Justin ran content marketing at NCR’s small business division, influenced brand strategy for the Air National Guard, and served as Marketing Director at a tech startup. Justin embraces differentiation at every touchpoint — writing that addresses emotional pain points, creative that stands out, and segmentation that has higher impact on smaller groups.

When not working, he likes to hike, cook, ski and dream of the Buffalo Bills winning a Superbowl. He also dabbles in screenwriting, recently placing as a Semifinalist in the ScreenCraft Comedy Competition for his script, “The Flutist”.
