Comin’ up next, we’re diving into the theme of JUSTICE.
When we envision moments related to justice, we often think of suits, courtrooms, and the sound of a gavel. But justice is also rooted in sweeping moments of change—when empathetic and innovative solutions are brought to the forefront.
To speak on the topic, we’ve booked Fabian Williams a.k.a. Occasional Superstar. After working in the ad industry for 13 years, he amassed an impressive portfolio, including work for Nike, Warner Bros, and HBO.
Over time, he sought the creative freedom to express more of his political and social views, so he moved to a purely expressive practice. Since that shift, he’s produced Norman Rockwell-inspired artwork, a performance art battle series, and even a puppet show for adults.
Have we piqued your interest in Fabian’s personal blend of art and justice yet? If you still need more convincing, listen to The Creative Rising podcast for a recent interview with him.
Go ahead and book us on your calendar for Friday, August 30 at 8:30 am at MonMonday Night Garage. Tickets will be available starting that Monday, August 26 at 9 am, sharp!
Hope we did justice to the theme,
the CM / ATL Team
