Presenters: Dallas Franklin, Neenah and Debbie McDonald, Sappi

Dallas Duncan Franklin, Creative Director at Neenah has over 13 years of design experience. Her professional expertise includes branding, print, packaging, exhibition design, mobile and web. Over her career, Dallas worked with Evenson Design Group in Los Angeles, CFNAPA in the Napa Valley, The Atlanta Opera, and most recently, PureRED in Stone Mountain, GA. Her work has been published in Communication Arts, Graphic Design USA, Graphis, LogoLounge, and CMYK Magazine. She will share insights from Neenah’s research on how to design effective collateral and packaging.

Debbie Macdonald, Commercial Market Sales Representative at Sappi travels throughout the southeast working with marketers and designers in all industries. Sappi recently worked with Dr. David Eagleman, a leading neuroscientist who specializes in haptics and the science of touch, and published Dr. Eagleman’s research in an educational brochure for marketers titled “Haptic Brain, Haptic Brand: A Communicator’s Guide to the Neuroscience of Touch. In her presentation, Debbie will share key insights from the research.
