Using Marketing Analytics to Grow Brand Sales – A panel discussion – will provide a panel of senior marketers and their experiences in the use of key analytics to drive more revenue and get closer to the customer. Key questions for panelists include:

• What gains have you seen in implementing analytics into your marketing operations?
• What kinds of basic and advanced analytics have you implemented or are on the horizon for your organization? What are you trying to achieve?
• What are the biggest hurdles you’ve had to overcome to be able to implement basic and advanced analytics in your organization?
• If you had to do it over again, what would you have done differently?
• What types of applications would you like to apply analytics?
• Which channels have you found to be able to take the best advantage of analytics?
• What data challenges have you had?

Ashley Staggs oversees strategy and execution of Floor & Decor’s in-store and digital content encompassing video, visuals, and voice & tone. She has also run marketing departments for various companies, large and small, both B2B and B2C. She found her love for data and data-based decision making during her time at Scoutmob where she created and implemented a proprietary way of soliciting and tracking influencer-based Pinterest-driven sales. From there Ashley has utilized analytics and information to make content work smarter, not harder.

Kristen is currently Director of Analytics at 22squared as well as President of Andistream, an Analytics consultancy Kristen launched and has managed for the past two years. Prior to that Kristen was the Director of Analytics at Engague/Moxy, Ogilvy & Mather, and IQ prior to spending a few years managing Media & Analytics at the Pharmaceutical company, Genentech as well as the Banking Security company, Pindrop. In her prior agency experience, Kristen has worked on brands such as Coca-Cola, IHG, Kimberly-Clark, Verisign, Cox Communications, Twist Bioscience, UPS, Cisco, Calphalon, and Nestle among many more. Outside of the office, Kristen is a Triathlete and Masters swimmer and loves cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
