Metrics-driven marketing is the name of her game, and she’s pretty okay at with eight years of experience under her belt. Joy started Hella Good Marketing to help people with marketing strategy, content, email, SEO and social media. She’s taught workshops at General Assembly for three years and her team works with cool kids across the United States like AMTdirect, FLS Transportation, and Georgia Power Community & Economic Development. In her spare time, Joy enjoys craft beer, roots for the NY Giants, and reads everything from the classics to cereal boxes. She’s always good for a gif or a grammar pun.

Over the last two decades, she has been supporting a global clientele of professionals and entrepreneurs in navigating life and career complexities, preparing for transitions, and identifying opportunities for advancement in their lives, careers, and businesses. After a decade of successfully navigating her career in New York City, Briar ventured to Metro Atlanta. In her corporate career, she specialized in regional business growth and talent development, acquisitions, startup business strategy, and executive team building. Briar is passionate about giving back to her community and is the Director of Operations for an Atlanta based 501c-3 non-profit Foundation.

Margot Dukes Eddy is the Co-Founder and COO of Imagine Media Consulting, a Social Media Marketing Agency based in Atlanta. Margot is an Atlanta local who was influenced throughout her upbringing by both artistic and business-minded parents and carries an innate understanding of the creative side of business with her in all of her ventures. She graduated from the College of Charleston with Arts Management and Business Administration degrees in 2013. Upon moving back to Atlanta, Margot met her now business partner Shantel Khleif, who had just started Imagine Media Consulting. With a few clients, a lot of grit, and a passion for telling brands’ stories in a compelling, creative and modern way, Margot and Shantel grew Imagine Media Consulting to what it is today.
Currently, Margot manages the team’s 20+ employees while continually striving to perfect the Imagine process, which involves social media strategy in an ever-changing landscape, running multiple teams on multiple levels, mentoring and coaching all current employees, and overseeing relationships with Imagine’s 60+ current clients. The company was recently named one of the Best Places to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for the second year in a row, and has doubled year over year for the last five years, reaching one million in revenue in 2017, an achievement celebrated by only 4% of businesses on average.

With over 20+ years in the technology industry, Sandy has led multi-faceted teams across marketing/creative, inside/outbound sales, and service delivery organizations. Her passion for personal and organizational growth positioned her to lead high-impact corporate initiatives including employee engagement, sales force and marketing automation, and profitability improvements. Currently, she helps clients drive growth through actionable insights as Director at ProKarma, a Forrester Leading Wave provider in Customer Loyalty and B2B Marketing. An active member of the ATL startup community, Sandy spends her time mentoring social impact and female-led startups as an advisor to Civic Accelerator and Launchpad2X cohorts and serves on the board of Atlanta Technology Angels. Weekends she can be found cheering on her Clemson Tigers and exploring the southeast for unique small towns and paddleboarding spots.
