James is the Social Director at Iris in Atlanta, overseeing our work in the social space with Shell, Care.com, and a number of IHG brands.
Prior to joining the Iris team, James worked for over 10 years at agencies in London, including M&C Saatchi, Leo Burnett, AMV BBDO, and most recently at a social media start-up called That Lot. In that time, he worked on campaigns for Procter & Gamble, Channel 4, Pizza Hut, British Telecom, Birds Eye, and The Red Cross among others. In his spare time, James is a writer, and has appeared in Time Magazine, FHM, on CNN, and written for the BBC. He was also once an answer on “Jeopardy!”.
Lisa Bowman, Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, United Way Worldwide
Lisa Bowman serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for United Way Worldwide. She leads the organization’s efforts to create, develop and implement marketing strategies highlighting the organization’s image and 130-year history fighting for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in every community.
Ms. Bowman oversees brand, media strategy, product/segment marketing, research and all communications, as well as strategic alliances such as the famed NFL and United Way partnership.
Ms. Bowman began her career with UPS in 2000 as Vice President of Market Development for UPS e-Ventures, the company’s dot-com incubator. In subsequent senior-level marketing roles with the logistics company, she led several high-profile marketing initiatives designed to transform UPS from its historical position as a business -to -business entity into a business-to-business-to-consumer entity.

Karen Pace is an award-winning social media strategist, content marketing manager, and renowned SEO specialist focused on the delivery and execution of real-world social media planning and strategies that increase ROI. Pace’s credentials include more than 15 years of technology, education and writing experience, and 11 years in social media. She specializes in brand development, management, and maintaining brand relationships by establishing a voice, driving business purpose, and gets proven results in the fast-moving world of social media. Pace continues her practice in excellence as the Director of Social and Content Marketing at Randstad US leading the strategic direction of Randstad US’ social strategy for all U.S. operations.
Paige Farrow, Senior Director, Marketing, Char-Broil, Oklahoma Joe’s, Saber
Paige Farrow is passionate about creating valuable, long-term relationships between brands and their consumers. As the Senior Director of Marketing for iconic American grill company, Char-Broil, she leads brand development, spearheads strategy for all marketing content and connections and manages the brand’s e-commerce channel. Prior to her current role, Paige spent nearly six years at The Coca-Cola Company pioneering digital and social initiatives for Coke, Diet Coke and Coke Zero.
Steve Dumas, Director of Digital Marketing, Ballard Designs
Steve Dumas been working in the digital/tech space for nearly two decades. He has seen the transformation of the digital experience from hyper transactional to hyper-interactive. As Director of Digital Marketing for Ballard Designs, his role is to develop upon Ballard’s brand by building digital audiences using newer approaches, while growing performance through more traditional channels. Between his present and previous stints at Ballard Designs, Steve functioned as a product marketing director for Silverpop and then as a retail SME for IBM.
Brad Dryer, Social Media Coordinator, Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA
Originally from Florida, Brad handles Social Media and Internet marketing for Yamaha Marine, a multi-billion-dollar business division of Yamaha Motor Corporation U.S.A. Prior to moving to the Atlanta area and joining Yamaha 3 years ago, he worked for a Florida-based fishing and outdoors media publication. With over 10 years in the outdoors industry and a focus on social media, Brad takes pride in creating an environment for positive community relations with the ability to also feature creative daily escapes fort end users. Brad was recently featured in Soundings Magazine’s Trade Only, an industry publication, as a leader in the future of the boating and fishing world in the digital space. In his spare time, Brad loves to spend time with his wife and kids fishing, scuba diving, surfing and enjoying pretty much anything in the outdoors.

Due to pre-registration costs and guarantees, refunds or credits are not extended for this event. However, registrations are transferable. On the day of the event, the substitute attendee must present a copy of the registration receipt or e-mail verification to be admitted to the event.

Parking is complimentary. Upon entering Alliance Center, Two Alliance is the second building on the left. Pass One Alliance on your right and continue to Two Alliance. At the far end of Two Alliance, enter the parking deck using the entrance on the right. The event will take place in the Conference Center on Level P4.
Northbound
Interstate I-85 North to GA Highway 400 North (signs for Buckhead/Cumming) and exit at Lenox Road. Turn right at Lenox Rd, and right again at the first traffic light, into the driveway of One and Two Alliance Centers. Two Alliance is the last building on the left, and parking is adjacent on the right.
Southbound
Take GA Highway 400 South to the Lenox Rd exit, turn left on Lenox and right at the first traffic light, into the driveway of One and Two Alliance Centers. Two Alliance is the last building on the left and parking is adjacent on the right.
