With a killer combination of agency, client and ESP experience, Kristen is a seasoned pro in many areas of digital marketing, allowing her to develop robust multi-channel strategies for our clients. But her primary love has always been email. She particularly enjoys leveraging complex data models and developing intricate testing strategies that deliver actionable results.
Before coming to BrightWave, Kristen led the Verizon Wireless CRM team at Moxie USA as Account Director. She also spent over 5 years at Silverpop gaining a deep understanding of email that allows her to develop unique and creative strategies to drive her clients’ goals.
Laura Thompson, Marketing Consultant, Helium Advisory & Senior Strategist, BrightWave
Laura manages a range of consulting-based digital marketing projects and also works as a Senior Strategist for BrightWave. She is responsible for program planning, thought leadership and optimization for clients across multiple verticals including financial services, hospitality and retail.
Laura’s background is focused in strategy and client service for traditional, digital and experiential agency and platform environments. Her strategic expertise includes significant marketing automation, behavioral targeting, eCRM strategy and digital activation. Before transitioning to a focus on strategy, she led BrightWave’s account team and managed clients including Equifax, UPS, SeaWorld, Mattress Firm and Del Monte. Her prior digital agency experience includes tenure at Engage, BKV, 360i as well as platform side program management for IBM (now Watson Campaign Automation).
