As designers, we are expected to wear many different hats on the daily. Now, we are asking you to put on your chef hat & join us for our first AIGA Atlanta Chili Cook-off and Design Throwdown!
Teams of 1–6 designers/chili connoisseurs will face off bringing their design chops and their best chili recipe to the table! You may be wondering, “What does this entail?”. We’re glad you asked! Come up with a team name, and brand your team to show off both your chili-making skills and your branding skills to wow our judges and guests!
Bring a large crock-pot of your chili, a serving spoon and any special toppings you want to be paired with your chili. We’ll supply the cups, napkins, utensils electricity and tables! We will also provide a simple tablecloth, but you are welcome to bring your own to fit with your chili brand!
What else should you bring? Anything you think will help you “sell” your chili and make your brand stand out above the rest!
So, you think you have what it takes? REGISTER YOUR TEAM NOW!
We’ll see you on Sunday, January 13th, at Brother Moto to throw down and compete to decide who’s chili brand will reign supreme!
Not interested in cooking chili, and more interested in EATING IT? No problem!

FAQS
Is there a fee for more team members?
Nope! 1–5 team members, flat registration fee. If you have more than 5 members, consider splitting into more than one team! Table space will be tight.
Can my chili be store bought?
No! Chili must be homemade. We don’t care if you make it or your momma makes it, but we don’t want any canned/premade/store-bought nonsense!
Can my chili be meatless?
Yes! We love chili of any kind, and don’t discriminate so long as it’s homemade!
How will my chili be judged?
The top team will be chosen in various categories by our judges. The categories are:
I’m not a good cook, but I want to participate in the branding. What can I do?
Invite your mom, boss, sister, brother, neighbor to be a member of your team and divide and conquer! You brand, and have them cook!
